Great soft attributes for a UX generalist are important, as it can really help when trying to understand and explain user pain points in research analysis.
When collaborating with team members, certain soft skills can be highly beneficial too. Especially with stakeholders, if having to explain their beneficial reasons of using UX, in presentations that are easy to grasp.

  2. Understand pain points and good points of your existing product, and or conduct competitive benchmarking research to further help you decide what really works. 

  3. Develop a useful, alternative which adds value.

  4. Increase desirability, by it being for example more fun and highly attractive to look at and use.

  5. Have easier to use and straight forward access flows for users, so to start using the actual app or site right away. Improving longevity and making it be more inclusive for all.
